We provide property management and rental of holiday homes from Mijas Costa, Elviria, Marbella, Nueva Andalucia, Puerto Banus and Estepona, Marbella Gold Rentals provides, rental services holiday and long term, management and maintenance. - We will take professional photo’s of your property for the purpose of Marketing.
- All properties will be uploaded onto all our websites, holiday portals and other websites currently in use by us.
- We will deal with all booking requests promptly and efficiently, including any personal viewings.
- Marbella Gold Rentals will prepare tenancy contacts for long term rentals.
- Organise rental payments on your behalf.
- Organise taxis from the airport for holiday guests.
- Cleaning and Laundry Services will be provided for all guests.
- Provide cot and High chairs by request.
- Essential items such as food packs can be purchased on behalf of guest and placed in the property for their arrival.
- 24/7 full service to tenants and holiday guest during their stay.
- Personal bookings management - meet and greet at an additional cost of 45€.
- Save time with your current property advertisement - change you details to ours and we will take care of all future enquires for you.
- 15% commission will be charged on all holiday rentals generated by us.
- Take deliveries on your behalf.
- Provide and full maintenance service and obtain quotes for larger works.
In addition to the above we will make regular visits to your property especially during bad weather conditions and after a booking has departed, inform you if there are any problems that should need your attention, provide owners statements to help keep you abreast of your payments and receipts and regularly update you on your booking situation.
